David Royce
Chief executive, CRI from 2001
David Royce has been the chief executive of CRI since 2001 when it formed from the merger of four charities, including the Sussex Association for the Rehabilitation of Offenders where he had worked since 1994.
He started his career as a civil engineer before becoming a social worker in 1974, then a probation officer in 1978.
He is also a trustee of a small grantmaking charity and has been a lay member of the East Sussex Advisory Committee.
