Catherine Rustomji
Catherine Rustomji is a charities solicitor who heads up Third Sector North at Hempsons.
She trained as a charities solicitor and worked for five years at Stone King Sewell in Bath and London, followed by three years in the charities team at Dickinson Dees.
She moved to Hempsons as head of Third Sector North in October 2008, and advises on all aspects of charity law and regulation, in particular governance and constitutional issues, incorporations and advising charity trustees on their duties and responsibilities.
Rustomji is a member of the executive committee of the Charity Law Association and is currently its honorary secretary.
