Andrew Watt is the vice-president of international development at the Association of Fundraising Professionals in the USA, a role that was created specifically for him.  Before that he was head of policy at the UK Institute of Fundraising.

His remit in his new role is to identify gaps in fundraising infrastructure worldwide.
