Frank Learner

Principal, Greengage Associates

Frank Learner is a senior financial manger and principal of Greengage Associates. He also holds the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting, is a fellow of the Association of Charity Independent Examiners and sits on the South West and Wales Regional Committee of the Charity Finance Group.

He established Greengage Associates in 2005 after leaving the RAF, where his last role had been treasurer of the organisation’s grant-making charity, the RAF Central Fund.

He is also the trustee treasurer of the Community Foundation in Wales.
