Martin Jervis is to leave his role as managing director of Blackbaud Europe after four-and-a-half years at the helm.
Jervis built his career within the IT sector working for JBA, MicroStrategy, Vality Technology, and Blue Edged.
Brad John Holman, president of Blackbaud’s International Business Unit, is now overseeing the European business.
“Martin has made a significant impact on our business and has successfully positioned it for future growth,” said Holman.
“He has assisted in developing a strong brand and market position, and we thank him for all his efforts over the last four and a half years.”
A spokeswoman for Blackbaud added that Jervis “felt it was time for a change”.
Blackbaud has confirmed it is actively seeking a replacement.
