Art association chooses Integra

IT | Tania Mason | 1 Mar 2009

The National Association of Decorative and Fine Art Societies (NADFAS) has selected IRIS Integra to help streamline administration and improve interaction between its 90,000 members.

The arts charity which serves over 340 societies in the UK and Europe involved in the advancement of arts education, appreciation and preservation, will also be able to cut down on data duplication and the risk of lost information when the system is implemented.

The system will integrate the web and the back office so that all members can access a single set of data regardless of location and level. This will help to improve service delivery and strengthen member engagement by allowing members to update their personal details, make online payments and promote events.

David Bell, chief executive of NADFAS, said: "IRIS Integra has the distinct advantage of being a highly configurable ‘off the shelf’ package so there is no prolonged build time. There is comfort in the scalability it provides as we enter our next decade."

NADFAS chose CRM, Finance Manager, Membership Manager, Events Manager and Case Manager from the pick and mix-style IRIS programme selection.
