Ruth Murphy
Head of business development , Brewin Dolphin Asset Management from 2011
Ruth Murphy has been head of charity business development at Brewin Dolphin Ltd since 2011.
Prior to joining she spent 12 years at Newton Investment Management as director of charities business development. She has also been a development manager for disability charity Scope and director of charity services at the Charities Aid Foundation.
She holds a BA and various postgraduate qualifications. Non-executive roles include being a committee member of the Charity Investors’ Group, a trustee of a grant making charitable trust, and a member of a Parochial Church Council and finance committee.
