Rachel Holmes

Rachel Holmes is a professional support lawyer at Farrer & Co specialising in charity and community matters.

She sits with the charity and community team, where she provides technical legal support to the team and lectures (both internally and externally) on charity law issues.  She has particular expertise in social enterprise and the Charities Act 2006.

Rachel trained in charity law at Bates Wells & Braithwaite and joined Farrer & Co in 2001 after working at Paisner & Co. She is a member of the executive committee of the Charity Law Association.
