David Membrey

David Membrey

David Membrey is deputy chief executive of CFDG, which he joined in 2003. Membrey has been in the sector for 20 years, in which time he has been involved in various areas, including finance, IT, project management and facilities management.

He has previously filled the position of deputy director of international development charity, Book Aid International, whose mission is to increase access to books to support literacy, education and development in sub-Saharan Africa.

He was a founding trustee of the Charities IT Resource Alliance (Citra) and is treasurer of award-winning international charity Photovoice, aimed at bringing about social change through teaching the medium of photography.
