The CFDG has chosen appiChar as its primary managed IT support provider. The CFDG will utilise the unlimited telephone support, critical onsite support, printer break fix support, online backup and advance monitoring of servers and workstations within the appiCard solution that

appfiChar offers. appiCard is a new fixed-rate IT service that gives an organisation control of its yearly IT budget and provides assigned individuals with expert, unlimited IT support. Each team member receives an appiCard, with their own unique user number, allowing them to access appiChar’s professional support staff. The higher the number of team members that use an appiCard the lower the cost.
