Paul Bennett

Paul Bennett is director of executive development programmes and a client director at Henley Business School. He is attached to the School of Leadership, Change and HR.

He is responsible for the strategic leadership of the executive development programmes (EDP) and is committed to the delivery, development and implementation of an innovative EDP portfolio strategy.

An accomplished international keynote speaker, Bennett is a regular columnist on leadership and management topics and is currently researching authentic leadership and the return on investment from executive education.

Sports-mad, Bennett has successfully competed in the world’s most demanding yacht races and recently completing the Three Peaks mountain challenge.

He recently designed and delivered a bespoke leadership programme for His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Sponsored by the ruler of Dubai, this highly successful programme was chosen to find and develop the future leaders in the Emirates.
