Michael King is a senior partner and head of the charity department at Stone King Sewell. He is co-author with Ann Phillips of Charities Act 2006 - Guide to the New Law, and was an active member of the executive committee of the Charity Law Association from 1993 to 2006 and its chairman from 1997 to 2000.
