Ros Harwood
Ros Harwood is a charity lawyer and will join Gordons later in 2012 as a partner to head up its new charities and education unit.
She has held a similar post at Dickinson Dees since 2005 and previously worked for London law firms after qualifying in 1989. She has experience in all areas of charity law including governance and constitutional issues, mergers, incorporations, restructuring and trustee duties and responsibilities. Past clients include Scope, British Heart Foundation and Cats Protection.
She was named private lawyer of the year at the Yorkshire Lawyer Awards in 2010.
