Elizabeth Davis is a partner at solicitors Blake Lapthorn with a strong reputation as a charities specialist, advising not-for-profit organisations on governance, trading and fundraising in particular. She joined the firm in 1986 and heads the charities, education and social housing group.
She is author of the Acevo Essential Guide to Accountability and a lecturer for Central Law Training on charity law and governance.
