Katy helps Navca members involve local voluntary organisations and community groups effectively in shaping and delivering local services. This involves directing Navca’s health and social care programme and the work of Navca’s Local Commissioning and Procurement Unit.

Before joining Navca, Katy was employed as Derby City Council’s voluntary and community sector partnerships manager, leading on voluntary sector policy, partnership work, strategy development, commissioning and the Compact. Prior to this Katy has worked for several different voluntary organisations in a variety of roles, both at a local and national level, including: Richmond-upon-Thames Council for Voluntary Service, Advice UK, Age Concern England and Northampton and County Council for Voluntary Service.
