IoF to meet ICO over clearer Telephone Preference Service guidance for charities 11

The Institute of Fundraising will meet the Information Commissioner’s Office to ask for clearer telephone fundraising guidance, after the ICO took a stance which could prevent charities calling up to 70 per cent of donors.
