Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme 'too complex to have real impact'

The Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme is welcome, but will only be effective if it is made less complex...
HMRC has announced the launch of its new gift aid forms which will replace the forms on the 2009 Gift Aid Toolkit CD and prior internet forms.
The new forms, which can be found at http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/charities/gift-aid-toolkit.htm, are a simplification of their predecessors requiring less information on form CHA1 and less people to fill out CHV1.
A new automatic calculator on form R68i is expected to improve accuracy and new guidance relating to each individual form is now provided.

I understand that new Gift Aid Forms are being launched to replace R68. When will they become availableplease? Also are you able to send them to me by post as I am not very familiar with the internet access? Thank you.
Mrs. M. Trugeon
