Call for input in volunteer fundraising survey

Charities are reminded that they have until Friday 12 October to participate in the Institute of Fundraising online consultation on volunteer fundraising.

The views expressed by fundraisers on the online survey will help to shape the Institute’s response to the Department of Health-led consultation on volunteering. The Institute is lobbying to have the government recognise fundraising in volunteering policy in the future.

“For all those organisations that benefit from working with volunteer fundraisers, this is your last chance to feed into the Institute’s consultation response,” said Megan Pacey (pictured), director of policy and campaigns at the Institute.

“The current government consultation provides us with an opportunity to ensure volunteer fundraising is firmly on the volunteering agenda, and I would urge fundraisers to take full advantage of this.”
