CharityComms, the professional body for charity sector communicators that was set up and is chaired by Joe Saxton, has recruited Vicky Browning as its new director.
Browning is charged with increasing membership and awareness of the organisation and driving forward its mission to champion and improve communications standards and practice in the sector.
Browning, a former publishing director at Haymarket Publishing, returns to permanent employment after three years as a consultant. She started at CharityComms last week.
Browning succeeds Norma Johnston who left after three years to work full-time at her consultancy, Good Cause Communications.
