Another week, another batch of charity Christmas partnerships kicking off.
The Foundation for Social Improvement (FSI) has partnered with jewellers Satya to create a bespoke range of jewellery to benefit the charity.
The New York jewellers, who were approached by the FSI as they were due to open up their first European store in Covent Garden, have designed a range of necklaces and earrings collaboratively with the small charity training organisation. The FSI will receive 50 per cent of the sale price of each item sold.
Meanwhile, Missing People is expecting a profile and fundraising boost next week as GMTV launches its ‘Come Home for Christmas’ appeal for the charity.
Running until Christmas, GMTV will encourage its viewers to donate their unwanted mobile phones in aid of Missing People, which will receive £3.75 for each phone donated via an agreement with ShP for Charity.
GMTV presenter Lorraine Kelly, also vice patron of the charity, will be making personal pleas, and the show will also broadcast regular interviews over the three-day launch period.
