Cancer Research UK has released a series of promotional films for its Race for Life 2012, encouraging people to race to support research into "all 200 types of cancer".
Its latest short film, released on YouTube on 29 February features the slogan "All of us versus cancer", with narration by Lucy, a cancer sufferer. "The more people who enter, the more we'll raise," she says in the film.
Last year low sign-ups to the run forced two races to be cancelled and 19 to merge.
At 41 seconds long the film is a brief call for support, driving people to the website and phoneline for Race for Life.

Good, lets hope they eventually cancel all such sexist and hateful events.
