Fundraising’s search for the best 2012 charity calendar has begun, with the launch of our charity Calendar of the Year competition today.
Over the past two years we have had an impressive array of entries from charities large and small, across the UK and Ireland and this year we’re putting the call out again to celebrate that longstanding, and often overlooked, fundraising proposition: the charity calendar.
Entries are judged on innovation, design, fundraising potential and promotion of the cause. Barnardo's, pictured, won our 2011 competition, but 2012 is a new year and the field is wide open.
Send your entries in either hard copy or digital form to Calendar Competition, Civil Society Media, 15 Prescott Place, London, SW4 6BS or calendar@civilsociety.co.uk.
Entries must be received by Wednesday, 7 December 2011 and the winners will be announced in the January issue of Fundraising magazine and online in the new year.
