Legal changes ahead for Scottish charity websites

New regulations which will affect all Scottish charity websites have been tabled in the Scottish Parliament...
Stephen George is revenue fundraising director at Maggie's Cancer Caring Centres.
He started this job in the summer of 2010 after leaving a post as development director for legacy fundraising at the NSPCC. Prior to this, he was responsible for the NSPCC's Full Stop Appeal in the regions as director of community appeals.
He joined the NSPCC in 1998. Before that he worked as head of regional fundraising at Unicef for three years, and in fundraising at Scope for 12 years. He was also director of legacies at Shelter.
He is currently chairman of the Remember a Charity campaign, a consortium of more than 160 charities promoting legacy fundraising.
