Kate Hoelter started at the Lost Dogs’ Home in Melbourne, Australia as a part-time receptionist while at university. However, a love of animals and a desire to make a difference meant she stayed. She’s been part of the fundraising team for 11 years, with the last two in the position of fundraising manager.
