Rupert Tappin

Rupert Tappin is managing director of Future Fundraising Ltd and chief executive of both Fundraising Recruitment Ltd and Fundraising Academy Ltd, which he developed along with the late Gill Astarita.

He also devised and set up the Foundation in Fundraising Certificate to create opportunities for those that want to break into the sector but have little or no relevant charity experience.

He has spent ten years developing face-to-face campaigns for charities, first establishing the medium for ActionAid's national telephone team in 1999.
