Cedric Frederick
Cedric Frederick is chief executive of KCHT, a charity providing residential care homes for the elderly and people with dementia across Kent and south east London.
He was the chief executive of Adepta from 1996 until August 2008, when it merged with the Dimensions group. Adepta provided care in south east England for those with learning disabilities and mental health problems. During Frederick’s tenure Adepta rebranded and transformed from a local service provider supporting 100 people to an organisation supporting 700.
He was a judge for the Charity Awards for several years.
