Stephen has specialised in all areas of charity and not-for-profit law and practice since he qualified as a solicitor in 1997 with Nabarro Nathanson.
He acts for a number of clients, both large and small, on a wide range of issues, including new charity registrations, incorporations, governance matters, mergers, trustee training, dealings with the Charity Commission and fundraising matters.
His recent experience includes acting on the conversion of a City Technology College into an Academy.
He is a member of the Charity Law Association and has participated in many working parties for the CLA reviewing new areas of law.
