Cheryl is director of human resources and heads up the HR consultancy service at Buzzacott. She gained extensive HR and line management experience while working in a variety of sectors including private, public and not-for-profit.
Cheryl worked in a variety of operational and strategic roles before moving to Buzzacott. She worked as an Interim HR manager for a number of years and gained extensive insight and experience of organisations of various shapes and sizes. She has also guided organisations through the process needed to deliver strategic change programmes.
Cheryl is an experienced coach and trainer and delivers a variety of leadership & management courses to enhance individual and organisational performance. She also works as a part-time lecturer on various master degree courses at Birkbeck, University of London.
