Alex Mizzi has been a solicitor in the employment team at Dawsons LLP since she joined from Lewis Silkin in 2010. She read Law at Christ's College, Cambridge, and trained at Fisher Meredith LLP prior to joining Lewis Silkin upon qualification in 2006.
Alex advises employees and employers on a wide range of employment law issues. She has appeared in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal as an advocate and has worked on a number of high-value claims for clients in the financial services, retail, telecoms, construction and energy sectors. She also has a particular interest in High Court work, including injunctive proceedings.
Alex equally has experience of drafting and advising on employment contracts, employment policies, compromise agreements and bonus and incentive schemes and of delivering training to HR professionals on employment law and practice.
