Nick Wilkie is the chief executive of London Youth. In April 2012 he will step down to become a full-time dad.
He has spent many years working within civil society, at one time as head of the NCVO's Sustainable Funding Project, and then working at the Young Foundation.
He also serves on the management committee of the Round Chapel.
