Chris Oulton

Chris Oulton is CEO of Prime Rate Capital Management, and has over 25 years experience in banking and asset management.

He has been involved in the liquidity funds industry since 1998 and was a founding member of IMMFA (Institutional Money Market Funds Association) in 2000. He was deputy chair of IMMFA until June 2008.
