Ian Bucknell

former executive director of operations, Asthma UK from 2002

Ian trained as an engineer before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. He spent most of his career working in the property and direct marketing industries before joining Asthma UK in 2002 as operations director where he worked until early 2012.

His roles included financial controller of PPM Property and client accounting director of CB Hillier Parker.

He is treasurer of ROSPA and still works with other charities on an informal basis.
