By fundraising, the charity raises awareness and gains support for the environmental movement. Since WWF-UK’s inception in 1961, the WWF has created national divisions in over 90 countries. Having local, national and international influence, the charity has helped to bring environmental issues to the forefront.
Informing the future, WWF educates UK youth on environmental issues, while its influence also extends to corporations.
