St Mungo’s is a homelessness charity that was founded in 1969. Outreach teams help people sleeping rough to find emergency shelter. It runs 16 hostels where people can stay for up to a year.

It also works to prevent homelessness by supporting vulnerable people and runs skills and employment services to help people back into work.

St Mungo's was the winner of the 2011 Charity Award for education and training.
