Income data for each charity is derived from the annual statement of financial activity (SoFA). Gains on the disposal of tangible assets, net gains on investments realised and gifts in kind are not included as income and are excluded from the figures. Total annual income is then subdivided into five income streams: legacy, voluntary, grants and fees, investment and trading.
Sector searches enable you to retrieve and plot data on charities active in each sector specified AND in the Top 100 and/or Next 250 for the years selected.
